Clients with CLB 5-7 (No skills lower than CLB 4) OR
LINC CLB 4 Certificate
All immigration statuses (for paying clients).
WorkBC funding eligibility:
PR, citizen, government sponsored refugee or refugee claimant
Be legally eligible to work in BC
Be unemployed and looking for work
